Our Penrith venue is at the Penrith Bowling & Recreation Club. Ample on-site parking is available with coffee, tea,  food and other drinks available for purchase.

Penrith is our most western public venue which makes it a great location covering areas including the Blue Mountains, Richmond, Wetherill Park and Mulgoa areas.

Delivered at the Penrith Bowling Club, the HLTAID001 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation unit provides participants with the skills and knowledge to assist in a cardiac arrest where CPR ( Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation ) is required. It covers all aspects of basic resuscitation as well as the use of defibrillators in the public setting.

Delivered at the Penrith Bowling Club, this unit has been known in the past as Senior First Aid, Apply First Aid or even Level 2 First Aid. The name of the course changes but the importance of the information contained in the courses hasn’t changed. The HLTAID003 Provide First Aid ( includes HLTAID001 Provide Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation ) unit provides participants with the skills and knowledge to assist in almost any emergency situation involving first aid.

The unit is also recognised as the required training for first aider’s in the workplace under all the various ‘WorkCover’ authorities throughout Australia when completed with the HLTAID003 Provide First Aid.

COVID-19 UPDATE

MAINTAINING OUR SERVICE AND PRICES DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.

As of 3rd August 2020 ALL students attending courses will STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to wear a face mask ( either fabric or surgical type ) during our courses. It is the responsibility of the student to bring their own mask . This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our trainers and ALL students. 

The venues we use especially in Sydney region are clubs, as such they have the right to set their own restrictions around who can and cannot enter the facility. These restriction are totally out of our control and not always in line with Health Guidelines. We recommend you contact the venue you are booked to attend the day before the course and check that you are not restricted based on your individual situation. We can transfer your registration free of charge (if due to COVID venue restriction)  only if we are notified the day before a course. Normal cancellation policies will apply if we are not contacted prior to the event.

We are taking all required steps to ensure everyone’s safety including ensuring 4sqm per person, removing tables, no breathes required when doing CPR, ample cleansing wipes, refusal of attendance for any participants presenting with flu or cold symptoms or those that should be self isolating. 

Our standing request for unwell students : If you are unwell with any type of “cold or flu” we will NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER THE COURSE.
